Rogers Centre – Toronto, August 2005

The purpose of the Rogers Centre Design Charrette was to identify possible opportunities to improve the performance and reduce the costs of operating the facility.  The event format also demonstrated the value in examining energy use by teams of peers and professionals who, when given utility data, the opportunity to tour the facility and interview Rogers Centre staff, and to consider the operational and system issues collectively, could identify cost effective operating strategies and energy retrofit opportunities.
