On March 23, 2004, SBC and NCGBA hosted a one-day Design Charrette focusing on the design of new and existing buildings. Participants examined two buildings: design of Orleans’ Integrated Academic Athletic Complex (IAAC) and 255 Albert Street, an existing office building in downtown Ottawa.  Five teams examined energy use and environmental performance for the two buildings.
