Hélène Chartier is Director of Urban Planning and Design at C40 cities, the network of global megacities committed to the fight against climate change. The team she leads develops programs bringing together cities and progressive players in the built environment sector in order to accelerate zero carbon buildings and sustainable urban regeneration. She especially leads the Reinventing Cities and Students Reinventing Cities initiatives as well as C40 activities on Net- Zero Districts and 15-minute City. In the past, Hélène was advisor to the Mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo, she also worked for the Paris Urbanism Agency (Apur) as well as for the global architecture and engineering firm, Arup. Helene lived in London, New York and Paris.
